Instructions for abstracts submission
Before submitting the abstract, registration of the first (or presenting) author is mandatory. Abstracts of authors who are not registered will NOT be accepted.
After registering, you will receive an email with a link to activate your account. Then you can login at Participant Area.
In the Participant's Area you will be able to submit (or edit) your abstracts until the submission deadline.
For each abstract submitted the authors and type of presentation must be indicated.
If you do not receive an email confirming the submission of the abstract or registration, please verify the spam box or contact the organization of the meeting.
Each participant can submit up to 2 abstracts. Only one of the 2 submitted abstract can be an oral communication.
The abstracts should be prepared in English, according to the template.
Best oral and poster communications prizes
There will be awards for best oral communication and poster presentations.
ReadyToPub
Two oral communication and two poster presentation prizes will be awarded by ReadyToPub to students, accordingly to their regulations (qrco.de/Analitica2026).
Pharmaceuticals - MDPI
One prize will be awarded by Pharmaceuticals - MDPI, according to their rules.
RULES:
Pharmaceuticals will award a full waiver quota for the best communication.
To enjoy the waiver, some basic requirements need to be fulfilled:
1. New submission of an article or comprehensive review paper to MDPI;
2. The article type should be "Article" or "Review" (other article types like systematic review, communications, case report, brief report, etc, are not suitable for the granted waiver);
3. The winner should be the first author or the corresponding author;
4. The winner's affiliation should be the 1st and main affiliation of the paper;
5. The submission should fit the scope of our journal
